为了使教研室活动更加多样化,进一步提高全体专职教师的实际业务能力和工作水平,积极建设并完善双师型教师队伍,酒店管理系主任赵萍老师、教研室主任刘玲老师协同全体专职教师于2010年3月19日星期五下午陪同银杏班全体学生参观银杏金阁酒楼。成都银杏金阁酒楼于1999年11月6日开业,坐落于风光旖旎的府南河畔,是蓉城的精品川菜高档食府。面积为1600平方米,聘请香港资深设计师设计,与中国传统文化相契合,风格古朴典雅深具历史厚重。活动于下午两点半左右正式开始,师生分为两组分别对金阁酒楼的各个楼层进行参观。在整个参观的过程中,专职教师热心地、专业地、积极地为学生们答疑解惑,以实地为例,融合平日课堂教学内容,加深学生对银杏集团的经营理念、管理模式的理解。老师与学生的亲切交流更拉近了师生之间的距离。每个银杏班的学生都努力抓住这次难得的机会和老师们展开了激烈的讨论,在参观中开拓了视野、贴近了行业并实实在在的感受到服务行业的工作氛围。在本次参观过程中,见到了现在正在银杏金阁酒楼工作的毕业生们。教师们不愿意轻易放弃掉这次难得的机会,积极的与毕业生们进行沟通,进一步的了解了行业动态、更新了行业相关细节。本次教研室活动让专职教师走出教室,切实了解行业最新动态;让银杏班的学生们贴近企业,进一步切身感受真实而浓厚的行业氛围。今后,酒店管理系教研室将继续开展各种形式的酒店参观和交流活动,努力使理论联系实际,使课堂教学与现场教学相互融合,为进一步建设并完善双师型教师队伍打下坚实的基础。
To diversify the activities of the teaching and research section, to improve the ability and working level in actual industry for all the full-time teachers, to positively construct and constantly improve the teaching resource, the teaching and research section of Hotel Management Department hold a visit on hotel together with students. On March 19th, 2010, the dean of the Hotel Management Dept. -Ms. Zhao and the director of the section- Ms. Liu associated with all the full-time teachers accompanied with all the students of Class Yinxing went to the Yinxing Jinge Restaurant for visiting. The Yinxing Jinge Restaurant was grand open on Nov. 6th, 1999. Located near by the charming Fu Nan River, is the most competitive and the top grand Sichuan cuisine restaurant in Chengdu. It is occupied 1600 square meters, 4 floors, using the traditional Chinese culture decorated concepts to design a perception with wonderful bookishness and historical environment by an experienced senior designer from Hong Kong. The activity formally began at 2:30 in the afternoon. The teachers and students were separated into two groups to look around every floor of the entire restaurant. During the visiting, the teachers warmly, professionally, actively answered every question coming out of the students’ minds. They put this specific restaurant as an example, combined with the literature and theories taught in the class, which could reinforce the understanding and learning of hospitality related concepts for the students. Furthermore, the teachers and students had a cordial conversation, into the distance between them. Every student tried to grasp this great opportunity, thus, the students commenced an unprecedentedly discussion with their teachers. As a result, the students opened the eyes, and actually got the feelings of the Yinxing Company and the working environment. Fortunately, the teachers ran into the graduate students from Hotel Management Dept. who were working there. The teachers wouldn’t give up this opportunity to communicate with them to develop the new movement of the catering industry, update the related details. This visiting activity managed to make the teachers out of the classroom, acknowledge the development of catering industry. More importantly, this also made the students in Yinxing Class get closer to the catering industry, and get a deeper feeling of it. From now on, the teaching and research section would keep on holding different kinds of visiting or communication with the hotel, endeavoring to link theory with practice, inosculating in-class teaching and at-scene teaching as a whole, in order to establish a firm basis for the teaching resource.
